We want you to love our skincare products, and we understand that it can take time for your skin to adjust to a new routine. This means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return (see exceptions below).

The following items are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or refund:

2. Limit of One Refund per Identical Product

Returns will be issued for ONE item only if more than one of the same product is purchased.

Examples:

  • If a customer buys two of the same cream, only one may be refunded.

  • If different sizes of the same product are purchased, the refund will apply to the higher-priced item.

3. International Orders

Refunds apply only to residents of the USA and Canada.
International orders are not eligible for refunds.

We will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on where and how to send your package

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exchanges

If you would like an exchange, the fastest method is:

  1. Return the item you have.

  2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the product you want.


Refunds

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any shipping costs paid by you.

Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note: Return refunds do not include any shipping fees paid by the purchaser.
